Anesthesia for Oral Surgery

Prioritizing Safety and Comfort

Advanced Training & Certification

Anesthesia is a core part of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Our board-certified surgeons have advanced hospital-based training in anesthesia, ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery. We perform a wide range of anesthetic techniques in-office, following the highest standards of monitoring and emergency preparedness.

Each surgeon has completed 4–6 months of dedicated anesthesia training during residency, including:

We are proud to have surgeons who are accredited in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)  and double board certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology*

To ensure we maintain the absolute highest standards of office anesthesia, including proper facilities layouts, crash carts set up, and up-to-date knowledge, we have independent third-party site evaluations annually.

We offer a variety of anesthetic options to meet your individual needs, ranging from nitrous oxide (laughing gas), IV sedation, to general anesthesia.

Why Experience Matters

Anesthesia requires more than medication — it demands clinical judgment, emergency readiness, and advanced training. That’s why it’s important to choose a surgical team with the right expertise.

Don’t hesitate to ask about credentials, anesthesia plans, or any concerns during your consultation.
